This story does keep you entertained, there is always something going on that helps develop the story and the fact that the view point alternates between Baya and Bryson helps you understand more about the thoughts, feelings and motives of each side of the potential love birds as their story and their relationship develops.
As for the relationship itself, you can't help but will it along and hope that it develops in the right way. Without saying too much here I want to admit that even though Bryson is a pig when it comes to how he treats women or notches on his door frame, I couldn't help but feel bad for him, as I read on I realised that he deserves happiness and that Baya might actually be the one to give it to him, even though it does mean that they will have to face the over protective Cole and his oversized ego. Baya is also a character who deserves a break, firstly from Cole, who would rather she stayed a little girl but also because she has led a pretty sheltered life up to this point. College is the real first freedom that she has and you can't help but wish that it goes right for her in every way, including with the boys.
To sum up this is an incredibly enjoyable books the flows perfectly, I was easily caught up in it and it's characters and picturing each and every scene was simple due to imaginative writing of an amazing author.
I love this book and honestly can't wait to read more written by Addison Moore
