After reading My Romantic Comedy by Mary Kelly Reed, I was so excited to see what else she has to offer because I fell in love with her work from that series alone. Yet again, she has managed to deliver such an amazing book and you can see just from reading her writing that she is passionate about her work. I honestly, couldn't put this book down and I just wanted to keep reading because there was so much going on and I just loved it. With some books they can go on for a while but there only seems to be little bits that fill here and there, but with Mary's books you don't ever need to worry about getting bored because she has just written it perfectly and you are just hooked from the very first page. Being honest, when I was reading this book in the beginning I had a feeling that this book would end in either two ways but honestly, the way that it was written had me guessing the whole way through, but she managed to surprise me the entire time. The characters were relatable and funny, and I can't wait to see what else happens in the rest of this series. If you haven't read Mary's work before, then I highly suggest you go ahead and do so as I know you won't be disappointed.
All Amy has wanted to do since leaving Ethan is find a guy who she can just move on with, you'd think that would be easy right? Well apparently, not, there's still something lurking in the background and whilst it's been three years since they broke up Amy can't seem to keep a relationship with any guy she's been with since. So instead of letting things keep failing in the love department, she has decided to go ahead and see if she can put the past behind her and do all she can to move on for good. However there seems to be some obstacles in her way. Will she be able to achieve her task or will she fail before she's even started.
