This book is so different to all the other books in this series and that’s because this time Emma Hart wrote from Bek’s point of view…. It was interesting seeing how things were from her prospective because in the previous books you see a lot about her from Noelle’s view, but you don’t always get the best insight, however I have to say that Emma did a brilliant job when it came to Bek as it was refreshing to see things in a different light. Don’t get me wrong Noelle is still my favourite character by far, but Emma spiced things up a little with this book and the love triangle that Bek’s in makes it the more interesting. Emma did everything perfectly and I can’t get enough of her work, I’m actually running out of words to describe this series, but I do know that I’m looking forward to seeing things again from Noelle’s point again as honestly I missed hearing about her crazy antics. I’m excited to give the next book a read, but I know at the same time I’ll be a little sad when I do reach the end of the series, I honestly think that Emma could keep going with these books for ages, she is seriously a talented author and I know I won’t stop reading her work any time soon.
Noelle has gone away with Drake for two weeks for a much needed vacation, so whilst she’s not at home, she’s leaving Bek in charge of the company….. In a way Noelle has her reasons for getting Brody to go in and check on her, but at the same time she’s doing her best to not get involved. Bek is already having enough time deciding what she want’s from Jason and with him coming back to town after being away for three months, she already knows that life isn’t going to be easy especially since whenever Jason and Brody are in the same room as each other, they just can’t leave things alone. With tension rising between the two, Brody acting all strange with Bek and her not knowing what she wants from Jason she ends up in a pickle….. But that’s nothing compared to what happens when she goes out on a run with her dog and finds a woman who’s on the verge of dying. Just by that happening, has she put a target on herself and if so is she actually safe at all?
