Once I picked up this book I was hooked, and honestly I think that Melanie Harlow has done a great job with this series. I’ve noticed that with each book it just seems to get better as they continue, I have no idea how many books that Melanie has planned for this series, but if she keeps going the way she is then I think that this series will end up doing pretty well.
It’s been a while that a series has just captivated me by Melanie, but I do think that her writing has grown since the start of the series.
With this book it was much more down to earth, it hit home for many readers and honestly people will most likely be able to relate to it so much, I know that I did when I read it.
If you’re a ugly crier when it comes to reading, then I’m going to be honest with you, you’re going to need a lot of tissues, as this book will have your emotions running quite high.
This book had everything you needed, the chemistry, a catchy read that kept you reading until the end, the characters were likeable and relatable, I honestly couldn’t fault it.
I’ve been intrigued by Enzo and Bianca since the very beginning, it’s clear that there’s an interesting history between them, yet you could tell that they were very well suited to one another, but I really enjoyed getting to read their story and how things came together are honestly a lot different than what I imagined.
I would recommend giving this a read because in this series alone, this book is the strongest and the most powerful yet.
Ever since Bianca came back to town, she’s been driving Enzo insane, he couldn’t stand her when he was younger and after the rumour she started about his manhood, it’s understandable why she gets on his nerves and he’s never forgiven her.
His dad has been getting onto him about carrying on family tradition and that he needs a wife and a child in order to takeover the family business, otherwise he plans on letting Enzo’s younger brother takeover and that’s the last thing that Enzo wants.
When he finds himself asking his current girlfriend (who literally just turned 21) to marry him in the worst way a guy could ask, he honestly can’t believe his luck that she refuses. However, not realising that Bianca is in the same restaurant, he can’t believes his ears when she offers him a way that could benefit them both…. Will he accept her proposal in order for them both to get what they want????
