If you’re new to Addison Moore’s work, and you’re looking to see if her Murder In The Mix Series is for you, then this book is the perfect place to start. Addison has managed to create a book which follows the series, but you don’t have to read from the very beginning to see what happens, instead you get to read a book which pretty much sums up everything that is going on in Lottie’s life and I love how Addison has created that. It’s enough of a taste to make you decide if you want to go ahead and start the series and with Lottie being such a loveable character you can’t help but want to know more. I couldn’t find anything to fault with this story and I loved how Addison wrote it, I have loved following Lottie, so for me this book was a bit extra that I just loved. I think Addison has done really well to try and entice readers into giving the series a try and I would highly recommend that you give this book a read to see if the series is for you.
Lottie is doing well in life, she’s got the perfect job that she loves, has amazing family and friends that she loves and adores, two guys fighting for her love and affections. What more could be right with the world? Lottie has a secret, a secret that only Noah and Essex know about….. The thing is, she can see the dead. When that usually happens, there turns out to be a murder. So when Lottie finds herself in the middle of an investigation, she can’t help but want to find the killer, but she tends to put her life in danger…. Will she be able to solve the mystery or will she end up putting her life on the line?
