As always I never know what to expect from any of Harper Bliss’s books, however just as I got to the end of the second chapter I had a feeling that I knew how exactly where this book would go. Don’ t get me wrong I don’t mind having a small idea as to where stories will lead to, but when I have a gut feeling that I know how the whole story will plan out I find it to let the book down in my eyes. Your probably wondering what I mean by that, the story was really good, but sometimes I find it to appeal more if the story isn’t predictable. For example I know that life in books and life in the real world are completely separate but in life you can’t predict what is going to happen around the corner or how your life is going to pan out. So it makes sense when reading a book to make sure that it’s not that predictable.
Other than that I did continue to the end and I did enjoy the story, not as much as some of Harper’s other work but I did like it and I would happily recommend this book that you should read. As always my opinion is going to be completely different to what you think and at the end of the day whilst reviews are important it’s your own opinion that matters as well. So be sure to give this book a read.
