I loved picking up Addison Moore’s Murder In The Mix Series, so when I saw the title of this book I was just as excited to see what this new series would bring and yet again Addison has done an incredible job. I also love how well both Addison's and Bellamy Bloom's writing compliment each other so well, their writing seems to flow and I couldn't find fault with either of their writing. I found myself laughing most of the time through the book because some of the events that Addison writes in this book are pretty entertaining and this would be one of those books you’d pick up just for the pure entertainment of Sherlock (the dog) and Fish (the cat)…. But honestly, I do love Bizzy, she is just an amazing character and I could see that she was completely different to Lottie (from Murder In The Mix), but still had a few of the same characteristics. This book had a completely different vibe and I loved getting lost in the world of Bizzy, everyone in life thrives to do well in one thing and whilst Bizzy has never truly found her passion, she’s taken her job at managing the inn really well and you can see that whilst this isn’t exactly her true passion like baking could be (if only she didn’t burn everything she tried to do), but she is also extremely creative.
Overall, Addison and Bellamy both did an amazing job and I can’t fault this story at all, if anything I’m super excited to carry on as I would love to see how things turn out for Bizzy and her charming new man….
Bizzy has been managing the Country Cottage Inn for quite a while and is doing an amazing job at it, what could be better than not having to worry about her job, having her best friend work and live in the same establishment and having a loving caring family quite close by… The only thing missing from her life is a man of her own, don’t get her wrong she’s got Fish to keep her company and adores him like crazy, but it does get lonely…. But she’s not looking for love, she’s just getting on with her life and doing what she does best…. And that’s trying not to pry into people’s minds…. But when she discovers a charming, handsome new man (who many presume is a Vampire) what will become of things? And her secret of reading minds, how will that go when it comes to her stumbling upon a body???
