At the end of the first book you was left on such a cliff-hanger and I totally wasn’t expecting it to happen. But then again, when it comes to Clarissa Carlyle’s work you should always be prepared for anything. She has such a way with words that you just can’t wrap your head around everything until the very end, which I love because it will leave you thinking of the book for days after. Yet again, Clarissa hasn’t disappointed, she has wrote another amazing book for this series and things are only just heating up in here. I have no idea what is going to happen next, but I am very excited to see what Clarissa will bring us.
In this book you will find that out of no where Hailey has some new found confidence and she isn’t afraid to have a go at anyone who walks over her. I find this side of Hailey very interesting because so far we have seen a woman who is very shy and hardly has the confidence but is willing to fight for what she believes in. So, this side of her is a shock but it does suit her. I do feel for Hailey because it seems like things were going well for her with Jaspers account, they were both getting closer, but then everything gets ruined because her boss (Bill) and sort-of boyfriend (Matthew) don’t think that she can handle Jaspers account even though so far she is doing pretty well on it. Everything seems to change between them both just after one visit to her office and it looks like it has changed the path for both of them. I hope that they will be able to sort things out but honestly, you never know what exactly Clarissa is going to throw next into the works. My suggestion to you is to pick up this series and give it a read for yourself as honestly you are missing out by not reading it.
