I fell in love with this book as soon as I read the blurb, it drew me right in and I was so excited about reading this book. Addison Moore did amazingly with this book and I seriously hope that there is another book that follows after this as I would LOVE to read more of Sophie and Rowen as I just fell in love with them both. I was hooked from moment one when reading and I seriously couldn’t wait to see what the outcome of this book would be. The only two things that I will say, is that Addison did amazingly when it came to building up about Rowen and Sophie’s brother (Braden) having that huge falling out, I felt that when it came to the big revelation, it was just missing something. Other than that, I did keep wondering why Becca kept trying to get Rowen’s attention considering she was in a happy relationship. Other than that, I think that it was pretty amazing, with each book that Addison writes she improves massively and I think that’s amazing. There is always room for improvement and Addison takes that on board with each book.
I really did feel for Rowen in this book because everything in his world was completely turned over within hours and no matter what it seemed like he was on the end of the losing stick even though it wasn’t his fault. However, due to the fact that his sister and Sophie were best friends, they both decided to stick with their brothers and lost out on 3 years of friendship. I do think that Rowen could have tried more if he was really that bothered about Sophie, but how everything works out I seriously love how Addison wrote it. I was hoping from the start that Rowen and Sophie would get together, but whether that happens is another story, I would hate to ruin what actually happens throughout this book. I’m hoping that another book is to follow after this one because these characters are amazing and I just need more of them.
