I’m just loving this series and I can’t get enough, I think Belinda White’s writing is improving with each book and I am just completely hooked to this series. Just when I think the story is flowing amazingly, Belinda ends up throwing out a curveball and I’m wondering where does she come up with these ideas. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I’m excited to get my hands on the next one as I know for a fact that things are only just getting started, plus with a big change coming from what the Goddess said in this book, it’s only going to be an exciting emotional journey. I have really loved seeing Amie grow as a character and I love that Belinda is actually improving and taking what her reviews say and using them to help with each book, it shows that she is a strong author and is willing to listen to her readers to help make her books all that much amazing. I honestly couldn’t fault the story, the characters or the plot, I think it all flowed quite well, although I am looking forward to seeing how things turn out with the Witch Council if they ever do learn that Amie is a Light Witch.
Now that Amie has discovered who she truly is and knows that she had magic brewing within her, but it was just hidden until the perfect moment, Amie must learn how to master all of her power and do it in a subtle way so that the Witch Council don’t come after her as anyone who is discovered a Light Witch their lives are essentially over…. With the determination of working on it and mastering it, things take an unexpected turn when she receives a call from her friend (Mable), when she turns up she finds herself in front of Mable’s dead husband…. She has no idea who could have done it, but at the same time he deserved it. Will Amie be able to figure out the truth and help save her friends? And what will become of the warning that the Goddess gives Amie???
