I have read quite a bit of Hazel Kelly's work and have fallen in love with it, she never disappoints and I find that no matter what the mood is that I'm in I can pick up any book of hers and be lost in her words and it makes me feel better. I recommend that you give this series a try as it's nothing like you've seen before. I understand that every single author tries their hardest to work on a book that means something to them and that they try their hardest not to make it like any of the others out there and I feel that Hazel Kelly manages to achieve that with her style of writing.
Addison Reed lives for working as all she ever does is work, she hardly has time for a social life but manages to make time for the one person who has looked after her for as long as she could remember and that's her foster mother. Addison is up for the biggest promotion of her life at her work and the last thing that she needed was to find out that there is a small problem with her heart and that the only way it could possibly get better is to start slowing down on her work, take some breaks and possibly start having sex regularly. At first Addison can't believe what she's hearing from her doctor but when she starts getting chest pains whilst talking to her boss it becomes clear that she needs to take a break, but even though Addison tries her hardest to plead with her boss that she needs to work hard for the promotion in the end her boss has the final say and arranges for her to go to her guest house which is out of the city.
The last thing that she was expecting when she got to the guest house was to be interrupted by Wyatt Jones but after seeing him properly and talking to him she can't help but wonder whether or not she's in trouble. However she starts feeling things for him that she can't work out. Will they both feel the spark or is it just Addison imagining everything.
If there is one thing that this book gets absolute perfect it's the fact that as soon as you think you get chance to rest and relax something will happen that you don't expect. In terms of this book the events that unfold show you that no matter how bad things get you never know what's waiting around the corner. A simple stranger could be the person who turns your life around.
This is another must read and Hazel Kelly is one of the best authors I have the pleasure of reading.
