I have only read a small selection of J.P. Uvalle’s work and honestly what I’ve read, I’ve loved every word of it. She has such a unique style and knows how to make her stories her own. This book was a great short read, it was a short fairy-tale read, you could just imagine yourself actually being there whilst reading and I honestly loved that. I couldn’t find any faults with the plotline, I will say that it was a tiddly bit fast paced at times, but it wasn’t too in your face so that it would affect the story as you went on. You can’t help but swept up into the story as you read on and that makes it such a great read, I honestly can’t wait to see what else J.P. Uvalle has up her sleeves because her writing is pretty amazing.
Winter has always believed in fairytales and would love nothing more than to go and live her life ruling her father’s kingdom whilst having a handsome prince all by her side. However, life doesn’t work that way and her stepmother has other plans for her. However she starts to question everything once her eyes meet across the room with another set, and it’s like love at first sight… But little does she realise how complicated things are about to get for her and she must decide if her happiness is worth the risk.
